Md Jahangir Hossain started his career in the real estate sector focusing on matters of land/ estate management and its logistics since 2000. In the span of long 21 years of career, he has acquired expert knowledge and management skill on real estate in the field of land procuring, development, and management for both joint ventures and land project development (making plots and sales) including its logistics and allied matters.

First ten years he was associated with Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd, a front liner Real estate company, and rose to the position of the senior manager. Thereafter, he joined Navana Real Estate Ltd, a reputed brand company in the real estate sector of Bangladesh as an AGM with larger job jurisdictions covering land, estates, and logistics. In 2014, he was promoted to the designation of Deputy General Manager and made in charge of a large department called lands, corporate estates & legal affairs. Last year was promoted to GM (Estate & Land projects) and as head of the department. Last few months ago he quit his service from navana with a dream to give the unique and one stop service to the property holders. In this connection, Core Property Solutions is formed. Throughout his whole 21 years of career, he has been involved with all land projects planning, implementing, corporate land purchases, and developments for setting up industries, appartments or developing residential / commercial plots. Further, carrying out all required liaisons with various government agencies like RAJUK, Ministry of Housing and Public Work, National Housing Authority (NHA), DC office, AC Land office, Department of Environment (DoE), etc dealing with land matters for permission / approval, etc are also in the working area.

Land procuring and its development and property (Land & Apartment) management has now become the passion of his work and he loves to do it with full sincerity up to his capacity.
